Cycle of Support is an annual bike ride fundraiser that supports mental health services for kids in New York City. It is open to everyone and all fitness levels, featuring 10-, 20-, and 62-mile routes, followed by a celebratory BBQ lunch. If you can't join us, you can still participate virtually to help us raise funds and awareness for children's mental health!

A Message from Our Founder

Children’s mental health impacts all of us. The strength of our families and our communities begins with the health and safety of our youngest citizens, and with mental health issues in children and adolescents increasing year over year, we need your help now more than ever.

For more than 15 years, we’ve helped children who struggle with mental health diagnoses, including those impacted by gun violence, post-COVID learning and socialization challenges, climate change worries, and more. Because of you, Cycle of Support has raised $9,000,000, helping over 100,000 children and their families receive counseling from the largest human services agency in New York City.

I look forward to once again joining together to raise awareness about – and directly support – children’s mental health needs. Thank you for making a real difference in the lives of New York’s most vulnerable children!

Sincerely,
Tony Mann

Ride with Us Virtually All Summer!

Can't ride with us in person? Create your own personal ride designed around your own schedule: whether you create your own route outside and ride solo or with others, use an indoor stationary bike to rack up those miles, take a hike or walk, or use your voice to advocate for and support children's mental health, anything you do can make a difference.
